برعاية وزارة الثقافة وبالتعاون مع اتحاد الكتاب اللبنانيين، حيث يستضيف الملتقى أحد المبدعين في مجالات الإبداع المتعددة لمناقشة اسلوبه التأليفي وأفكاره وتقنياته، يقدم بآلية حلقات شهرية مقسمة الى جزئين وفي موعد ثابت من كل شهر، تبث اللقاءات عبر الانترنت ويشارك فيها ضيوف من لبنان والخارج.
