Life Challenges and Their Impact on the Family
With the aim of promoting psychological culture in the community and providing scientific and sound guidance to families, the Higher Mtn Artisan, in collaboration with Dr. Abeer Al-Awar, organized a workshop titled "Challenges of Life and Their Impact on Families" on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the headquarters of the Higher Metn Artisan Foundation.
The challenges of life and the reality we experience are among the major causes of psychological stress and cases of depression for many individuals, regardless of age. The lack of emotional stability within the family unit, starting from the head of the family to its youngest members, including children, further exacerbates these issues.
The activity stood out for the importance of the topics discussed and the participation of both female and male participants in sharing some of their life experiences.
The activity concluded on Saturday, June 17, 2023, with the final part of the workshop presented in collaboration with Dr. Abeer Al-Awar. The workshop took place at the premises of Issam Makarem Stadium in Ras Al-Metn.
