The Higher Metn Artisan Foundation presents the International Virtual Exhibition 2024

The Higher Metn Artisan Foundation launched the idea and turned it into reality. Just as he is concerned with crafts and professions, creativity of all kinds is one of the fields that he is interested in highlighting as a contribution to marketing the works of artists in and from Lebanon and abroad.

The International Virtual Exhibition 2024 may be the first of its kind in Lebanon. Despite all the circumstances that people suffer from, including injustice and oppression, hope, joy, and determination to live are the nature of a person who loves life and giving.

This exhibition is not held out of extravagance and luxury, but rather to convey a message to the world that the Arab people are sophisticated, cultured, and determined to live and create. And "Life continues".

We announce the holding of the International Virtual Exhibition in 2024  for those interested in arts in Lebanon, the Arab world, East Asia, Australia, and Europe as a first step and a prelude to establishing an International Biennial in the Lebanese Republic.

In this first event, participation is limited to works of drawing and sculpture only from the fields of arts. And creating a bridge of communication between artists in Lebanon and abroad.

The method for participating in the exhibition is clear and simple: fill out the application, upload the required files, agree to the terms and conditions, then send the application. A message is sent to the applicant confirming his participation after the decision of the Evaluation Committee.

We are pleased to announce the hosting of the artists whose works will be selected (8 works only) from the Global Virtual Exhibition 2024 at the aforementioned international art forum in terms of accommodation, a tourism program, and transportation to and from the airport.

We also offer a special, non-binding offer for independent artists only, consisting of two options that you can choose from, one or both of which are:

• Subscribing to the Higher Metn Artisan Foundation website is an option available to market artistic works without incurring the costs of designing a special website.
• Participation in the permanent exhibition on the Higher Metn Artisan Foundation website. The duration of the exhibition is 6 months for a nominal fee. To be announced later.

The conditions for participating in the International Virtual Exhibition 2024 and the website can be viewed in the subscription application and approved before sending it to us.

To participate in the International Virtual Exhibition 2024, it is open until 14/02/2024 at 1:00 pm Lebanon time (11:00 am GMT).

The exhibition begins on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 6:00 PM Lebanon time (4:00 PM - GMT) and ends on Monday, March 4, 2024, at 6:00 PM, Lebanon time (4:00 PM - GMT).

Why the International Virtual Exhibition 2024 ?

• It is a space for the artist to spread outside his usual surroundings, especially since it will be a hosted via the Internet.
• The approval issued by the evaluation committee has artistic and moral value, and therefore it is not easy to reserve a display site for an artistic work, as the applications and submitted work models are subject to the evaluation of the committee consisting of experts, academics, and specialized art critics.
• Participating in artistic works of artistic value is not as easy as some people think.
• The International Virtual Exhibition 2024 is a first step before the establishment of the International Artistic and Cultural Forum that will follow it in the Lebanese Republic.
• A number of distinguished works displayed in the Global Virtual Exhibition 2024 will be selected to host the artists at the previously mentioned artistic forum.
• Providing the opportunity to subscribe to a rich website and publish news about the participating artist in exchange for a symbolic subscription fee.
• Providing the opportunity to participate in a permanent virtual exhibition through the Higher Metn Artisan Foundation website for the longest possible period, which is 6 months, in exchange for a nominal subscription fee.
• The subscription fee for the International Virtual Exhibition in 2024 is being considered, and the goal is not to trade in Art. Rather, every activity has its costs, and these fees are only based on commitment and appreciation of the activity.
