The loom weaving courses were carried out as part of the "Tarf Al-Khayt" initiative launched by artist Nabil Saad in his workshop in Barja. These courses were held in The Higher Metn in cooperation with Nabil Saad's art workshop and were directly supervised by him.

We previously offered a course on weaving using a loom in May 2022, and now we are referring to the second course that was presented in August 2022. This is one of the exceptional courses that prompted us to offer it again for the following reasons:

• The feedback from the first course held in May 2022 was positive, and there was a high demand for it, which prompted us to offer it again in August of the same year.
• Reviving a craft from our authentic Lebanese heritage.
• The discovery of the participants' creative abilities.

The weaving courses are among the important ones that we are keen to offer to those who are interested in mastering the art of weaving on the loom in the upcoming year of 2023, in collaboration with the artist Nabil Saad we aim for the courses to be advanced, productive, and beneficial for the participants.
