Activities

The projects of the Upper Metn Professional Association have varied over the past three years, spanning cultural, creative, craft, and social areas. And we still have much more to offer, as long as they prove to be beneficial and effective.

We are always looking forward to the best for our community, and there are many talents that we wish to highlight and try to open practical and scientific horizons for, as much as possible.

In 2024, not all of our planned projects were executed due to the security situation that Lebanon has been suffering from, which has not ended even today, as we are now in February 2025. Therefore, we have created a concise but distinctive and diverse work plan for this year, covering professional, craft, cultural, and artistic areas.

As mentioned earlier, most of the activities of the Upper Metn Professional Association are documented on the association's YouTube channel and can be viewed. Subscribing to the channel and activating the notification bell is free for anyone who wishes to support us: @highermetnartisan.

Our upcoming projects

Classical Theater Competition among Upper Matn High Schools 2023-2024

For the third year in a row, the Higher Metn Artisan Foundation presents the Classical Theater Competition among the Upper Matn High Schools, the ceremony of which will be held after the end-of-year exams for the 2023-2024 academic year.

The competition is organized by the Higher Metn Artisan Foundation and in cooperation with the Syndicate of Professional Artists in Lebanon and the Syndicate of Theater, Cinema, Radio and Television Actors in Lebanon, in which students in the first and second grades of secondary school participate.

This competition is subject to evaluation by a jury composed of academics and veteran artists, members of the two unions cooperating with them.

دورة في مبادئ النجارة

بعد ان نظّم عام 2023 محترف المتن الأعلى دورة في مبادئ النجارة وقدمها الاستاذ سامر بو حمره والاستاذ جوزيف هاشم.
ينظم دورة مكثفة في “النجارة” وكيفية اصلاح اثاث و صنع قطعة من الاثاث بحسب المهنج الذي سيقدمه الاستاذ جوزيف هاشم.

دورة ممرض مساعد

احد اهداف The Higher Metn Artisan Foundation. وأحد اسباب تشجيعنا للانطلاق في البداية أولا والإستمرار ثانيا.

جاءت مبادرة محترف المتن الأعلى لتنظيم دورة ممرض مساعد.

بالتنسيق مع معهد CIS الغني عن التعريف في خبراته الكبيرة وفروعه المنتشرة في لبنان وخارج لبنان.

ولكي نساهم في التوفير على الراغبين في إمتهان المساعدة الصحية المنزلية عناء التنقل لمسافات من أجل الدراسة، والانتظار لأشهر من أجل الحصول على شهادة تمكّن من الحصول على عمل.

نثمن عاليا دور بلدية قرنايل ممثلة بمجلسها البلدي ورئيسها في التعاون الكبير لتقديم المساحة المطلوبة في مركز مستوصف قرنايل لاحتضان هذه الدورة في المتن الأعلى.

ليس من غافل عن ما يعانيه مجتمعنا وبشكل عام لبنان من حالة النقص والحاجة لمن يقدم المساعدة الصحية هذه الخدمة المهمة وخاصة للمسن و/او المريض في المنزل، وقد سببت الظروف للبعض أحيانا أن يضطر الأبناء للسفر من أجل توفير الحياة الكريمة لعائلته واهله فيرحل مغتربا يشق طريقه من أجل من تركهم خلفه.

الدورة ستقدم باللغة العربية عدا المصطلحات الضرورية التي هي بالانجليزية لذا من يرغب في التسجيل ان يتقن القراءة والكتابة.
